💉 Health & Travel Insurance
Malaria risk exists in some northern regions of Namibia, including areas around Etosha National Park — prophylaxis and mosquito precautions are recommended. Consult a travel health clinic before departure for current guidance.
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is not included and is strongly recommended, covering medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and personal effects. This tour includes emergency evacuation cover as standard, but a full personal travel insurance policy is still advised.
💰 Tipping Guide
Tipping is customary and genuinely appreciated by your guide and lodge/camp staff throughout the journey.
Guideline: USD 10–15 per person per day for your guide; USD 5–10 per person per day for lodge/camp staff.
